D11S AUXDATA II Course – 05DEC2020 & 12DEC2020
We now have firm dates for our District level AUXDATA II in depth training course! Format will be online GoToMeeting session with screen sharing.
Session 1: Saturday, 05DEC2020 – 0900-1300
- General ADII overview. Account activation, logins, 2FA, password resets, online course websites.
- Members and Unit Objects, with custom list creation, filters and global search.
- Mission Code Presentation from AUX10/National.
- Activity Logs, entering New Activities, and Member Activities object.
Session 2: Saturday, 12DEC2020 – 0900-1300
- Activity Log Approval Process, and recording course/task/workshop completions.
- Facility (OPFAC) management, including OFU and Facility inspections.
- New Patrol Order Management (AOM) process, requesting and completing Patrol Orders.
- Reports. Where to find ready made reports, create new reports, and exporting data.
This course will include some elements of the traditional AUX-10 (IS C-school) that National conducts, however it is not a substitute or replacement for actual AUX-10. The goal is to offer our District members more detailed live training on important aspects of AUXDATA II. We want to encourage not just IS officers to attend this training, but any member who has an interest in gaining proficiency with the new system and information services in general.
I have included all FSO-IS officers and SO-IS officers in D11s with this notification, as well as the DCAPT’s for distribution to the entire membership via COLM. Please pass down this notification and promote this training to your members!
