Recognition of performance is our primary currency for our valuable volunteer membership base, and we want to make it easy for you to submit awards.

Sinbad is an Artificial Intelligence tool created to assist you in selecting and writing an award commendation. The process is really simple! Just ask Sinbad questions, and he does all the work for you. See the instructions below or click below for the tutorial video

Step 1: Provide the situation and as much detail as possible regarding what qualifies the member for an award.
Step 2: Sinbad will provide a list of awards based on the information you provided that the member qualifies for.
NOTE: Be sure to vet the awards; this tool is AI and may recommend a non-common award.
Step 3: You can ask Sinbad to write a template for your citation.
Note: The more information you provide about the incident and member, the more information Sinbad will include in this section.
Step 4: Sinbad can provide you with locations to find the necessary administrative paperwork required for you to fill out an order to complete the process.
