Subj: CREATION OF AUXILIARY MASTER CUTTERMAN DESIGNATION

1. On 15 November 2022, the Chief Director of Auxiliary signed CG-BSX Policy Letter 22-12, Auxiliary Master Cutterman Designation. This designation recognizes Auxiliarists who demonstrate prolonged commitment and dedication to supporting the Coast Guard cutter community. The specific criteria, recognition, and awarding procedure are detailed in Policy Letter 22-12. All Auxiliary leaders are encouraged to review and advertise it, and consider members who may be eligible for the designation.

2. The policy letter can be found on the Chief Director of Auxiliary (CG-BSX) website at: CG-BSX Policy Letters.

3. Internet release is authorized.
