Past Division Commanders Association

The purpose of the Past Division Commanders Association in District 11-Southern Region is to assist the Eleventh District (SR), United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and the United States Coast Guard in connection with any authorized Auxiliary activity by utilizing the experience and expertise of those Auxiliary members who served as Division Commanders or Division Captains. The PDCA may conduct such activities as may be authorized or permitted by the Auxiliary Manual, District policy, or as may be assigned to the PDCA by the District Commodore.

Eleventh District, (SR) Auxiliary active members who have served as Division Commander or Division Captain for at least six months are eligible for membership in the PDCA. Payment of PDCA dues shall constitute acceptance and maintenance of membership. Members of the PDCA who accept “Retired Status” may continue as honarary members of the PDCA upon request. Honarary members cannot vote or hold any office in the PDCA. Upon payment of dues, a PDCA member shall remain a member or honarary member of the PDCA until such member transfers out of the Eleventh District (SR), resigns as a member, or is dis-enrolled from the Auxiliary.

PDCA meetings are open to any member of the Auxiliary. However, membership is open only to current or past Division Captains/Commanders. If you are a current or former Division Captain or Division Commander, and are not already a member of the PDCA, you are encouraged to join us at a meeting and consider becoming a member. Lifetime Membership is $25.00. Checks should be sent to Barbara J. DeCuir, Treasurer, 5924 S. Pacific Coast Highway, Unit 1, Redondo Beach, California 90277 and your name can be added to the distinguished roster of members.
