Human Resources (HR) is responsible for membership growth and retention, diversity and increasing pride and esprit de corps among Auxiliary membership.
Programs
The Human Resources department oversees the following programs:
- Recruiting and retention
- Training workshops designed to enhance unit membership
- Assist in annual dues collection drive
- Requests, transfers, notifications, and growth awards
- College Detachment Program
