Subj: EXTENSION TO AUX-SOP-004(A) 04 Sep 20 – ELECTION OF UNIT OFFICERS THROUGH THE USE OF ELECTRONIC MEANS

1. ALAUX 027/21 communicated the Chief Director of Auxiliary’s extension of AUX-SOP-004(A) for the Calendar Year (CY) 2021 election cycle. Due to ongoing restrictions on in-person meetings across the country from the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chief Director of Auxiliary has granted an extension to AUX-SOP-004(A) for all CY 2022 elections.

2. This change is effective immediately. The need for future extension shall be determined by the Chief Director of Auxiliary.

3. Internet release is authorized.

***For many reasons including the value of keeping communication lines clear and open as well as facilitating access to training and educational tools, all Auxiliarists are urged to have their own email address and to keep it updated in AUXDATA.***
