Simply mailing a 7003/7004/7008 inspection form to DIRAUX is no longer an acceptable method. All OPFAC/Facility Inspections and initial OFU (offer for use) MUST use the proper AUXDATA II procedures.
Getting Started:
Before requesting the inspection, the completion of the paper forms is still required. The
completed form must be signed by the owner and facility inspector, and when completed, the
form will be uploaded to the facility record in AUXDATA I. Download and complete the
appropriate form before requesting the inspection.
The forms to be used are:
ANSC 7003 – Vessel Facility Inspection and Offer for Use
ANSC 7004 – Offer of Radio Facility Use and Inspection
ANSC 7005 – Auxiliary Aircraft Facility Inspection and Offer for Use
ANSC 7065 – Vehicle Facility Offer for Use
